I’ve lost 6 lbs and 3 inches on my hips and 1 inch on my waist (I just now measured). So I’m very excited about the results already! I’m doing and feeling good. I’ve made a lot of stuff from the cookbook you sent me which is all delicious! I’m making the spaghetti squash and marinara on Tuesday and the quinoa salad with sprouts. So definitely so far so good!
