Once I started on the ALCAT plan, I began seeing almost immediate results. The food cravings (primarily for sweet foods) stopped completely after about 3 days. I actually started eating only when hungry, but I did not feel deprived and was not starving between meals. The weight loss began almost immediately as well. I lost a total of about 15 pounds over 3 months. My migraines stopped completely, so I was able to stop taking a migraine preventive medication. My constant fatigue also began to improve over time, as well as bloating from water retention. I was feeling better and definitely looked better (receiving comments almost daily). My body composition was changing as well. Working with Muriel was very helpful: answering questions about the plan and its menus; substituting/eliminating foods when necessary to aid in the weight loss. Thanks for all your help.
