In honor of National Nutrition month, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner & Nutritionist Isabelle Simon will share with us an assessment tool that measures individual responses to foods and other substances at the cellular level and may reveal the underlying trigger of certain health symptoms and ailments. The assessment tool then helps guide dietary modifications for clients, which have shown significant reduction of their symptoms and improvement in their quality of life.
